if you’ve purchased add-on installation, all we need is a questionnaire filled out by you with the information we need to get started. once we’ve received it, your blog will be ready between 3 business days and 2 weeks, depending on complexity. we can let you know your estimated installation time based on your order. please make sure we have the correct email address for you.

yes! you are able to use a custom image by uploading it to your header. you can also just type the name of your blog into your header. we provide simple directions for how to do this.

if your browser automatically unzips your downloads, you will need to rezip it. the complete folder needs to be zipped and uploaded. it will be called THEMENAME.zip.

you can adjust your sidebar however you’d like. you can remove or add any widgets of your choice. we provide a guide of how to setup your social links and other widgets if you choose to include them.

with your downloaded theme, you’ll get a variety of icons and you can use whichever you’d like. we’d recommend using the same number of icons we show in the demo. if you’d like custom buttons, purchase our social icon pack here

our themes come precoded so your share button at the bottom of the post works automatically after installing the sharing plugin based on the instructions included in your theme. you can also view those details here.

instructions on how to install your social icons are included in your zip file. the code needs to be copied exactly, or they will not load correctly. if you are still having trouble installing them, you can purchase tech support.

many customers have asked about what the best gallery plugins are. unfortunately, the free plugins are not great – so we highly recommend this one from envato for a $12 standard license.

due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. if there is a technical error on our end – we will be happy to fix the problem or come up with a solution to compromise on both ends. please contact us immediately if there is a technical problem with your theme. note that we do not assist in issues with the users customization.

when you purchase a blogzilla theme – your files will become available to download (once your payment has cleared) along with clear step – by – step instructions of how to install.

We no longer provide updates to themes.

as long as you already have hosting setup, we can provide custom installation for an additional fee. you will need to fill out a short questionnaire when you make your purchase, and then your blog should be ready in 3 business days – 2 weeks.

please do not modify our themes once they have been installed. you may customize your menus, header and sidebar, which we provide instructions for, but please do not make HTML or CSS modifications as it compromises our designs. if you would like changes made, please visit our add-on shop.

if you would like custom font, color or button changes, or any modifications of the theme you want to purchase, please purchase custom add-ons. we are not responsible for any damage caused by the customer modifying their own theme.

our wedding sites are custom built for you based on the answers provided in your questionnaires. because every aspect is custom, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPELLING, AND PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHANGES AFTER THE INITIAL SITE DELIVERY WILL RESULT IN A SMALL FEE.

technical support after two days of the installation is not provided, but we will be happy to provide you with maintenance for a custom service fee. if it is within two days of purchase, please contact natalie@holepunchdesign.com if you have issues.

the customer is responsible for their own content backup. in the case of custom installation, we are not liable for any damage once the theme is installed. in the case of the customer installing the theme themselves, please note that we are not responsible for backup technical issues. if we provide you with custom work, we do not save copies of those files. please be sure to backup or save yourself.

our templates are compatible with the latest web browser versions of chrome, safari, mozilla firefox, opera, and internet explorer. we are not responsible for any browser issues that are not updated to the current version, but we have installed a pop-up window that will notify readers they should update their browser to view the page correctly. our themes are also designed to work with the standard wordpress commenting system–if you choose to use disqus or another plugin, it will alter the appearance of the site.

if you are using a caching plugin (such as w3 total cache or wp super cache), you will need to temporarily disable it before any custom work can be completed.

our themes are copyrighted blogzilla, prior to being sold as well as once purchased. you are strictly prohibited from removing or altering the copyright notices on the bottom of each theme. you are prohibited from claiming the work as your own. you are prohibited from sharing the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users. by purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that will be attached with your theme’s download. we reserve the right to request removal of the theme should the user have violated our terms in any capacity. terms and prices are subject to change.
