what if we don’t have our details ready yet?

we offer “save the date” sites! we do know that you might want to have some crucial info on your website before you have all your plans set, but your aunt just keeps asking for the hotel booking code. save the date sites include your splash page, lodging, travel, and registry (you can omit any page of your choice).

what size photos should we provide?

we indicate the sizes for all of the images on the questionnaire. make sure you follow our guidelines, so the images on your site look crisp on all devices!

can we use our own logo?

yep! just be sure to attach it in your questionnaire.

what if we don’t have good photos to use?

you can browse through our stock library, and select a splash photo of your choice. if you’re using photos from the internet, please make sure you are only searching for large / high res that are royalty free. blogzilla is not accountable for the use of any non-copyrighted items.

can we use a domain name we’ve already purchased?

yes, you can use it! make sure you have the username and login for your domain provider so that we can point it to your new site!

what’s your cancellation policy?

once we’ve received your questionnaire, we do not offer refunds. please make sure you are happy with the theme of your choice before purchasing. and do not hesitate to ask us any question you may have!

can we password protect our wedding site?

yep! just make sure to add it to your notes in the questionnaire.

how far in advance should we make and share our wedding site?

we recommend having your website done by the time your invites are going out at the latest. guests can get a little antsy when it comes to booking their travel plans, so the sooner the better.

what if we want to renew our site?

keep the memories alive! renewal costs $100 after your site has expired (12 months).

can i make changes to my site?

our wedding sites are custom built for you based on the answers provided in your questionnaires. because every aspect is custom, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPELLING, AND PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHANGES AFTER THE INITIAL SITE DELIVERY WILL RESULT IN A SMALL FEE.
